Daily Scripture Reflection & Prayer: March 18,2026

LECTIO - Read Scripture Text:   John 5:24-25

“I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes in Him who sent me will have everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation but is passed from death to life. I tell you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God and they shall come alive.”

MEDITATIO - Meditate on text, allow the LORD to touch us with His Word:

“Hear” – truly hear Jesus and believe Him and in His mission. “Hear” His voice and come alive.

ORATIO – Lifting our minds and hearts to the LORD in prayer:

Lord, Almighty Father, You sent your only begotten Son to us as our brother and redeemer, your Word made flesh. Send your Spirit to open our ears, our eyes, our minds and our hearts so that we might more perfectly and fully believe Him, His words, and His union with You. Grant that we may open ourselves to His voice and come alive. We ask this in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Spirit, one LORD, forever and ever. Amen.
